Day 1

Well today was day 1 of trying to be a healthier person. I was proud of myself for doing as well as I did. I never once wanted a Dr Pepper which is HUGE for me. I watched my calories and tracked them on "My Fitness Pal" which made it really easy. I didn't get a chance to exercise because I woke up too late this morning and of course when I got home I was "too tired". I also forgot to weigh myself this morning to get a starting weight so I will do that in the morning. I am happy that my husband is doing this with. We will both feel so much better as we get healthier! I know today is only the first day but I feel like I am off to a good start. :)
